What you will do

• Lead the Custom Design Engineering team while spending 70-75% of the time as a project engineer.
• Execute global CDE strategy, including team governance, resource management, and cost control.
• Develop mechanical designs and CAD solid models using SolidWorks for Customized UV and EIR equipment.
• Manage budget targets, sales margins, and EBIT contribution metrics for US customized systems.
• Coordinate with global supply chains, defining technical specifications and managing supplier relationships.
• Support the US Field Sales organization by creating calculations and customer quotations to expand market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of design engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead for technical sales or engineering teams in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
• Driver's license mandatory and readiness for international travel and customer visits.
• Ability to install and adjust subsystems in process equipment.

• Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
• Broad expertise in industrial light applications from UV to Infrared.
