What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping through interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking channels, referrals, and other platforms.
• Advise business leaders on recruitment strategy and provide data-backed talent insights.
• Design structured interview packs and assessment criteria for objective hiring decisions.
• Drive diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring funnel and represent hirify.global at industry events.
• Analyse recruitment data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve process performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ideally in a fast-moving in-house commercial or go-to-market environment.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and experience using modern applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across different seniority levels.
• An agile, problem-solving approach with high standards of confidentiality and compliance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent an employer brand to prospective candidates.

Hiring process

• Initial talent screen lasting 30 minutes.
• 45-minute introductory interview with the hiring manager.
• 60-minute competency and scenario-based interview.
