TL;DR
Director of Total Rewards (HR/Benefits): Leading total reward strategies and driving overall employee experience for service center and operational employees across a multi-state footprint with an accent on benefit programs, vendor oversight, and compliance. Focus on optimizing benefit platforms, managing 401k/NQDCP, and ensuring legal compliance across multiple states.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or be able to commute to Eagle/Boise, Idaho; in-office at least 3 days a week)

What you will do
- Lead total reward strategies and drive results for the overall employee experience across a multi-state footprint.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and RX carrier administration.
- Manage vendor relations, TPA, benefit enrollment platforms, and broker relations.
- Oversee 401k, NQDCP, and ensure annual compliance reporting for ACA, 5500, and NDT.
- Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure accuracy in benefit elections and system integrations.
- Coach and develop HR resource team members and advise affiliate leaders on progressive compensation and reward programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in benefit management and HR administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, law, human resources, or an equivalent program.
- Proven experience in broker, carrier, and vendor relations management.
- Proficiency with benefit enrollment platforms and HRIS/payroll interface integration.
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment compliance rules and regulations.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Eagle/Boise, Idaho for in-office work at least 3 days a week.
