Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

  • Architect and maintain the backend ecosystem of hiring tools, vendor partnerships, and technical automations.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of program managers and operations specialists to ensure scalable hiring processes.
  • Drive operational excellence and change management for the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding organization.
  • Manage executive-level vendor relationships and maximize ROI on the talent technology stack.
  • Oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure a seamless Signed-to-Start transition.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent or People Operations, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expert-level experience with high-tier ATS platforms and HRIS integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex vendor portfolios and large-scale software implementations.
  • Strong quantitative skills with mastery of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
