Salary: $118,700 - $169,800 USD

What you will do

• Manage North American health, welfare, life, disability, and retirement benefit programs.
• Lead the annual Open Enrollment cycle, including communication, training, and system testing.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (ACA, 5500s, HIPAA, ERISA).
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and HRBPs to execute operational benefits tasks.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead annual benefit renewals.
• Lead and coach a small team of benefits professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with benefits plans, analysis, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) plan management.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations (ERISA, DOL, ACA, COBRA, FMLA).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Florham Park, NJ.
