What you will do
- Lead HR integration activities for new client onboarding, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Conduct discovery sessions to align client workforce structures and policies with service standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Benefits, and Technology to ensure seamless implementation.
- Act as a consultative advisor to clients, managing expectations and change management efforts.
- Validate HR data, workflows, and system readiness prior to go-live.
- Contribute to the development of standardized integration playbooks and process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
- 4–7 years of experience in HR, HCM, client services, or professional services.
- Proven experience leading HR onboarding, implementations, or transition projects.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple client stakeholders.
Nice to have
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Experience working in a PEO or professional services organization.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks.
