What you will do
- Define and evolve the Total Rewards philosophy to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with business growth.
- Lead the compensation framework, including salary structures, pay bands, and incentive design.
- Oversee all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and leave of absence programs across 39 U.S. states and Canada.
- Build a Total Rewards analytics function to model financial scenarios and measure program effectiveness.
- Direct annual compensation and benefits cycles, overseeing renewals and vendor negotiations.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Total Rewards experience with deep expertise in both compensation and benefits.
- 6+ years of experience leading or managing teams.
- Hands-on experience managing self-funded medical/Rx plans, including financial modeling.
- Proven track record of building or significantly evolving compensation frameworks and job architectures.
- Solid knowledge of key regulations: ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, FLSA, and pay equity laws.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with compensation survey platforms like Radford, Mercer, or WTW.
- Proficiency with Workday HCM, specifically Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation.
- Exposure to Total Rewards within M&A or major organizational transformations.
- CEBS, CCP, or CBP certification.
