TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States. Role requires approximately 20% travel for onsite event support.

Compensation: $27.00 - $28.85 hourly

What you will do

  • Support event managers in the execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Manage registration processes, including inquiries, updates, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Coordinate VIP rooming lists, hospitality services, and event-specific requirements.
  • Maintain registration reports, historical documentation, and department files.
  • Source event materials such as lanyards and sponsorship items.
  • Travel onsite to events to provide operational support and activations.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of professional event experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on white-glove customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Cvent or Map Your Show is a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time in 4-5 day blocks.
