What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and analyze market trends.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects and perform fact-based supplier negotiations.
• Conduct supplier analysis, including screening, financial assessments, and capability evaluations.
• Monitor and report KPIs for assigned categories to track productivity and payment terms.
• Drive supplier performance by implementing best practices across different regions.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, controls, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba is preferred.
• Background in plant operations is considered a plus.
