Salary: $91,200 - $121,400 USD

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from supplier qualification to performance management.
• Lead RFP processes, bid analysis, and contract negotiations for facility services and products.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and internal company policies.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to support facility installation schedules.
• Analyze supplier performance and manage cost reduction programs.
• Coordinate with other facilities to optimize corporate inventory and spare parts management.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of procurement and supply management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems like PeopleSoft or SAP.
• Ability to work in industrial environments and conduct regular facility walk-downs.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to model Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Must be able to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPSM, or PMP certification.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project-based planning tools.
• Understanding of regional labor markets and contract services.
