Salary: $109,500 – $145,700 USD.

What you will do

• Lead facility procurement activities from supplier qualification to performance management.
• Develop and execute RFPs, analyze bids, and conduct complex contract negotiations.
• Manage purchase order placement, expediting, and dispute resolution.
• Drive cost reduction and value optimization initiatives across facility operations.
• Analyze supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement contracting, legal terms, and risk management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Ability to work in both office and industrial environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• ISM or APICS certification.
• Experience in industrial or facility-based environments.
• Prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
