What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from supplier qualification to performance management.
• Conduct Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including bid analysis and contract negotiations.
• Oversee contract compliance and resolve disputes to ensure adherence to business practices.
• Lead total cost reduction initiatives and support supplier quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with facility operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to formulate supply scopes.
• Analyze supplier performance and compile data for annual budgeting and cost reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant procurement and supply management experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement contracting, legal aspects, risk management, and liability.
• Ability to work in both office and industrial environments.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling and contract types.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a technical discipline is highly preferred.
