What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement workflows, including material phase-ins, formulation updates, and vendor setups.
• Maintain material and vendor databases to ensure 100% regulatory and quality compliance.
• Facilitate weekly priority meetings with Product Development, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
• Optimize monthly Supplier Scorecards to resolve shipping, quality, and delivery escalations.
• Create and manage monthly ingredient forecasts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support RFX processes, raw material scouting, and secondary sourcing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-year University degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced procurement, supply chain, or data operations role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience managing complex workflows within an ERP system (e.g., SAP, AS400).
• Ability to manage high-pressure escalations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as food, pharma, or industrial materials.
• Demonstrated ability to automate and streamline manual reporting processes.
