Principal (Evidence & Strategy)

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Washington DC).

What you will do

• Lead and execute quantitative research and claims analysis initiatives, including protocol creation and evaluation plans.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting strategic business needs.
• Drive business development by cultivating new and follow-on work with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop integrated RWE generation and communication plans in a matrixed team environment.
• Present complex research findings to diverse stakeholders through manuscripts, posters, and formal presentations.
• Oversee project management tasks, including RFP writing, vendor selection, and budget/timeline management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare consultancy, pharma, or research organizations.
• Graduate degree in a health-related discipline (e.g., public health, health economics, epidemiology) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience generating real-world evidence to support value assessments and clinical treatment guidelines.
• Strong programming skills in SAS, R, or similar languages for claims and multi-source dataset analysis.
• Demonstrated situational leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
