Salary: $90,000 – $135,000

What you will do
- Support or lead performance improvement workstreams focused on clinical quality and operational efficiency.
- Develop project plans, client-facing materials, and strategic recommendations for healthcare organizations.
- Implement evidence-based practices to optimize nursing care models, staffing-to-demand strategies, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with client executives and nursing leadership to drive process redesign and workflow transformation.
- Monitor implemented initiatives and provide timely feedback to subject matter experts.
- Contribute to internal firm advancement through participation in task forces and professional development.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required; Master’s degree preferred (must enroll within 3 years if not held).
- 3+ years of clinical performance improvement consulting experience OR 5-10 years of industry experience with relevant leadership roles (e.g., Nurse Manager).
- Strong expertise in inpatient nursing operations, labor productivity, and skill-mix methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven ability to apply change management skills to guide stakeholders through process redesign.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
