TL;DR

Consultant - Healthcare Analytics: Executing complex data-driven engagements for healthcare clients with an accent on statistical modeling, financial analysis, and research. Location: Must be based in or able to work from one of our offices (Boston, Chicago, DC, New York, Nashville, or Tampa) 3-4 days per week.

Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and manage small to medium-sized client engagements and project segments.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and financial models.
• Perform detailed research and analysis using public and commercial healthcare data.
• Lead the development of client deliverables and expert reports.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff and prioritize project goals.
• Apply relevant software tools and analytical methods to solve unstructured problems.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• BS/BA in a quantitative field (accounting, finance, economics, math, or information systems).
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or litigation consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or R is required.
• Experience mentoring and delegating tasks to junior team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, STATA, or SAS.
