Principal, Recruiter - Technology (AI/Tech Talent): Full-cycle technology talent acquisition for complex engineering and technology requisitions with an accent on consultative advisory to Engineering leaders and HRBPs, high-velocity pipeline building, and data-driven recruiting using Visier. Focus on proactive outbound sourcing, compliant AI-enabled recruiting workflows, and employment-law expertise including work visa sponsorships and PERM.
Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid: 2 days onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays; remaining days remote). Candidates should live within a commutable distance of the Dallas office.

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Engineering leaders, CTO teams, and HRBPs on market trends, talent availability, and assessment/selection methodologies.
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of complex technical requisitions (typically 18–25) while meeting recruiter KPIs and operational velocity expectations.
- Build robust candidate pipelines through proactive direct sourcing and sophisticated outbound engagement (not relying on inbound applicants).
- Improve candidate and hiring-manager experience through high responsiveness and seamless recruiting execution.
- Drive adoption of compliant AI resources and recruiting tools to increase efficiency and improve outcomes.
- Use recruitment metrics and HR analytics (Visier, pipeline analytics, market intelligence) to diagnose bottlenecks and report talent landscape insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated technology recruiting experience, including 3+ years in an in-house corporate environment collaborating with HR COEs and senior business leaders.
- Proven consultative skills as a trusted advisor to Engineering/Technology leaders and managers up to executives.
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing success building pipelines without relying on job board applications.
- Strong proficiency with ATS and recruiting CRMs (preferably Workday Recruit; experience with Phenom, Avature, or HiredScore) and using Visier regularly.
- Hands-on experience integrating compliant AI sourcing tools into daily workflows.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and processes, including work visa sponsorships and PERM recruiting requirements.
