What you will do

• Implement targeted attraction strategies via mobile/email campaigns and recruitment marketing.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and salary benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.
• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate data and interactions within the ATS to ensure accurate records.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Deep industry understanding and proven sourcing experience in specific markets.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, aggregators).
• Strong research, market analysis, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in Wauwatosa, WI.
