What you will do

• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to identify and deliver exceptional talent for open vacancies.
• Execute and reconstruct recruitment processes to ensure best-in-class performance.
• Advise business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to hire.
• Represent the company brand while vetting candidates and collaborating with external vendors.
• Support the broader People Team in achieving mission-driven hiring goals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
• Ability to quickly master Workday and other business platforms.
• Strong affinity for data application in recruitment success.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and professional growth mindset.

• Experience with Paradox platform is a major differentiator.
