What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day building operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and adhere to operating and capital budgets, re-forecasts, and expense reconciliations.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with construction, leasing, and accounting teams to ensure high-level service delivery.
• Manage tenant lease reviews and setup within designated accounting systems.
• Supervise designated personnel and oversee team performance and expense reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Proficiency in real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or AvidXchange.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and CAM reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• CPM or RPA designation (or in progress).
