What you will do

• Execute large-scale air and ocean transportation RFQs end-to-end, from intake through submission.
• Analyze customer scope-of-work and translate bidding instructions into structured briefs for pricing and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate input from global pricing colleagues, Finance, Legal, and Sales/Marketing to build competitive proposals.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on pricing data to ensure accuracy, internal consistency, and alignment with requirements.
• Manage submission and upload processes, version control, and additional pricing rounds with precision.
• Conduct risk/yield and competitiveness analysis in collaboration with commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end execution of air and ocean freight pricing bids.
• Ability to analyze complex customer scope-of-work documentation and create actionable instructions.
• High precision in data handling and strict attention to bidding instructions and timelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams including Finance, Legal, and Sales.
