What you will do

  • Manage the sourcing and tender calendar to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
  • Analyze and summarize supplier quotations to support negotiation efforts.
  • Review contracts and prepare initial commercial proposals.
  • Organize product quality evaluations and tasting sessions.
  • Monitor volume agreements and oversee contract approval and archiving processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or administration.
