What you will do

• Define and implement global inventory strategy, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Take ownership of group-level inventory performance, including KPI definition and tracking.
• Drive optimization initiatives such as safety stock policies and multi-echelon inventory planning.
• Standardize inventory management processes and tools across all business units.
• Ensure data accuracy and visibility within ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics to align inventory targets with working capital objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain with a focus on inventory management.
• Proven experience managing inventory in a global or multi-site environment.
• Strong proficiency in inventory optimization methodologies and financial acumen.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Demonstrated project and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business.
