What you will do

• Plan, place, and follow up on purchase orders with EMS partners.
• Coordinate and manage shipments from production sites.
• Monitor shipping dates and escalate delays or deviations.
• Maintain and update pricing master data on a quarterly basis.
• Verify inbound data alignment with EMS commitment data.
• Lead weekly calls to review shipments and confirm timely pickups.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Supply Chain role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA for purchase orders and tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
