Compensation: $131,130 – $196,660 per year

What you will do

• Optimize a $350m transportation budget across truck, rail, and ocean freight.
• Develop and deploy long-term strategic sourcing plans for North American transportation.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and oversee the global supplier relationship management program.
• Drive continuous improvement in network optimization and distribution cycle efficiency.
• Partner with logistics operations and senior leadership to align procurement with strategic business goals.
• Enhance 3PL/4PL models to extract additional value and innovation from the supply base.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in a business-related field preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing large, diverse teams and leading strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, including S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and managing complex supplier agreements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
