What you will do

• Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers.
• Handle timely shipment troubleshooting and exception escalation.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Planning teams to ensure an effective end-to-end export process.
• Plan and execute special freight operations, such as dangerous goods (DG) and reefer shipments.
• Support the implementation of new business processes and projects.
• Provide expert advice to internal and external clients to optimize logistics decisions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Consulting (high-performing fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and structured thinking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and a client-service mindset.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan and flexible to work outside standard office hours, including occasional weekends or night shifts.
