Network Engineer

What you will do

• Implement and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across core, distribution, and edge environments.
• Maintain network security controls in alignment with federal standards and Zero Trust principles.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services.
• Monitor network performance and integrate platforms with enterprise security and logging tools.
• Manage device patching, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain network SOPs, configuration baselines, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in network engineering or network security operations.
• Experience supporting network security controls aligned to federal cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proficiency with network segmentation, least-privilege access, and 802.1X network access control.
• Experience with monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and device hardening.
• Ability to meet federal screening and suitability requirements prior to start.
