What you will do

• Plan, install, and support hardware and software upgrades under senior guidance.
• Implement network configuration changes according to approved standards and change control.
• Monitor network performance and resolve anomalies using tools like SolarWinds.
• Manage ITSM ticket queues in ServiceNow and resolve Tier 2/3 issues within SLAs.
• Coordinate system integration and maintain updated technical documentation.
• Conduct monthly trend analysis and ticket query reporting.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance required.
• DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 OS and Cybersecurity certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or Technical/Vocational certification with 5 years.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.
• Working knowledge of Cisco IOS and network device configuration.
• Experience with SolarWinds and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
