Salary: $148,000–$206,800 USD (plus equity and performance-based incentives).

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects the brand vision.
• Leverage data and user feedback to refine the user journey and solve complex usability challenges.
• Drive the overall design vision in alignment with the company's long-term strategy.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
• Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to exceptional product quality.

Requirements

• Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in design tools, specifically Figma and Whimsical.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design boundaries.
• Must be able to work in European or American (up to East Coast) timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience as a short-term rental or Airbnb host.
• Background in the short-term rental business.
