What you will do

• Configure and maintain Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue (CPQ & Billing), PSA, and Financial Clouds.
• Design and deploy complex Salesforce Flows and approval processes to streamline operations.
• Manage the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, including tiered pricing, block pricing, and multi-currency models.
• Maintain multiple environments (dev/test/prod) and execute releases via change-control governance.
• Build advanced reports and dashboards for Finance and Operations, supporting BI handoffs to Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Partner with developers to determine config vs. code strategies and harden error handling and logging.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant in multi-cloud environments.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on production experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale financial implementations, including familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX controls.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Required).
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows and the security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Certinia PSA, Revenue Management, or ERP certifications.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator II and/or Platform App Builder certifications.
