What you will do

• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including design, code implementation, testing, and support.
• Assist clients with the design, process development, and functional implementation of Salesforce CRM Applications.
• Collaborate with business consultants and client resources to define technical requirements and solution architecture.
• Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, Visualforce/Lightning pages, and API integrations.
• Continuously learn and grow expertise within Salesforce and other areas through training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce applications, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud.
• Expertise in configuring and administering Salesforce, developing in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Advanced proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub, SFDX, and Eclipse/Force.com IDE.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and produce technical documentation.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with the needs of the energy industry.

Nice to have

• DevOps (Git, GitHub, resolve Merge conflicts).
• Background in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, outage management, or mobile field operations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in using Data Loader Tool.
