What you will do

• Act as the primary Salesforce owner, managing user access, security, data quality, and platform strategy.
• Gather and translate business requirements from sales, marketing, finance, and IT into functional specifications.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce using custom objects, flows, and Apex-related configurations.
• Partner with sales leadership to manage territories, opportunity processes, and pipeline forecasting.
• Design and oversee integrations with systems such as NetSuite, Workday, and Marketo.
• Provide expert user support, training, and maintain comprehensive documentation of platform changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• 7+ years in Salesforce administration, analysis, or sales operations with 5+ years owning Salesforce platforms.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, including forecasting, territory management, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and experience integrating ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills with the ability to communicate across stakeholders.
