TL;DR
Salesforce Administrator (CRM): Managing and developing the Salesforce environment to support a global user base with an accent on platform optimization, data integrity, and business process automation. Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do
- Administer and support the Salesforce environment, including daily triage, user permissions, and troubleshooting across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Build and maintain platform solutions such as flows, validation rules, and complex reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to shape the product roadmap and align platform capabilities with business requirements.
- Analyze incident root causes, design scalable solutions, and drive user adoption across the organization.
- Uphold high standards for data security, audit compliance, and platform governance.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working in sandbox environments and deploying changes through structured release processes.
Nice to have
- Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation or subscription billing platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM Analytics.
