What you will do

• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP, CPQ, and middleware systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Design scalable data models and optimize SOQL queries for high-volume data processing.
• Manage deployments using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, participating in code reviews and environment management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams to translate business requirements into technical user stories.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex (asynchronous processing and bulkification), LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Proficiency in SOQL, data modeling, and the Salesforce security model.
• English: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and participate in meetings.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Additional certifications in architecture or integrations.
