What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery operations from brief intake to final delivery using the OMG workflow management system.
• Lead and develop Integrated Project Managers and QA Managers across Chicago and Mexico City.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers to optimize creative, production, and QA resource allocation against workload.
• Manage studio performance against KPIs, including cost per asset, time per project vs. SLA, and resource utilization.
• Drive quality control standards and lead the transition of work from incumbent agencies to OLIVER.
• Implement and guide the team in the adoption of AI tools for workflow intelligence and automated triage.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading delivery and operations in complex, multi-brand content production environments.
• Expert proficiency with project management systems (OMG, Workfront, Wrike, or similar).
• Strong data literacy for owning delivery metrics, SLA reporting, and operational dashboards.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-cultural teams across different time zones.
• Ability to guide teams in responsible AI adoption within an operational framework.
• Must be based in the United States
