What you will do

• Own and optimize communications platforms, including intranet (SharePoint), newsletters, and enterprise social tools.
• Manage the full content publishing lifecycle from intake and approval to distribution.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to replace manual processes.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for content drafting, summarization, and reporting.
• Define measurement strategies and deliver actionable insights on communications performance.
• Coordinate the communications calendar, tracking timelines and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, or program management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable systems and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, email distribution tools, and content publishing systems.
• 3+ years of experience with workflow automation tools like Power Automate.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve operational workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work in Redmond, WA (Hybrid).

• Background in executive communications support or high-visibility messaging.
