What you will do

• Own and manage the full AI portfolio for the Prism team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Implement and refine the team’s operating model to ensure consistent adoption across AI Solutions & Programs.
• Build and optimize workflows for data input, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with Finance and Program teams to track financials and LRP value stories.
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to ensure accountability across all AI initiatives.
• Facilitate regular portfolio reviews and communicate findings to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios in technology or AI environments.
• Proven track record in leading operational transformation and process adoption.
• Experience with financial models, budget management, and pacing.
• Strong understanding of program and portfolio management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work onsite 4 days per week.
