What you will do

• Define and lead the strategy for rapid technical content delivery across AI and emerging technology domains.
• Translate learner demand and market trends into clear content priorities and investments.
• Lead, develop, and scale a multidisciplinary team including content development, curriculum, and production.
• Establish scalable prioritization frameworks and operational rhythms to support rapid delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the long-term vision and operating model for learning experiences.
• Drive experimentation with AI-enabled workflows to improve content speed and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8–12+ years of experience in technical content, curriculum strategy, or content operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in technical or fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML, cloud, software development, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
