Compensation: $150,000 Base / $200,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals and technical consultants.
- Take full ownership of the new name sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex enterprise contracts.
- Transform go-to-market vision into measurable results and increased net bookings.
- Engage directly in high-value opportunities and cultivate executive-level relationships with public safety leaders.
- Utilize data-driven forecasting and CRM insights to optimize team performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS sales departments.
- Extensive experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, and scaling diverse sales and technical teams.
- Deep understanding of procurement hurdles and regulatory environments in the public sector.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Direct knowledge of Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, or 9-1-1 dispatch operations.
- Experience navigating government RFP/RFQ processes and grant funding models.
- Understanding of how to leverage artificial intelligence to optimize sales workflows.
