What you will do

• Lead regional marketing strategy to support sales pipeline development and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate territory insights into effective marketing programs.
• Develop proactive regional campaigns combining email outreach, events, and targeted collateral.
• Regionalize national messaging to better resonate with local audiences and territory-specific needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of Regional Marketing Associates to develop their strategic capabilities.
• Analyze the performance of regional efforts and synthesize field insights for leadership.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a strategic field or regional marketing leadership role.
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to articulate value propositions.
• Must be based in the Raleigh, NC area office.
