What you will do

• Own core positioning and develop messaging frameworks for diverse audiences, including educators and government officials.
• Conduct deep competitive analysis and craft differentiation narratives to highlight Kira's unique value.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Enablement to build GTM motions for different market segments.
• Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
• Synthesize voice-of-customer insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Learning, and Design teams to translate roadmaps into market-facing narratives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product marketing experience in EdTech (preferred), B2B SaaS, or enterprise software.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven ability to develop differentiating positioning in competitive markets.
• Experience marketing complex value propositions to multiple buyer personas.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to make technical concepts accessible.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in New York.
