What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the regional Marketing and Communications team to foster creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Develop market activation plans and manage budgets, tracking lead conversion and performance metrics for data-informed optimization.
  • Oversee targeted search, paid advertising, and remarketing campaigns in coordination with global teams.
  • Plan and deliver physical and virtual events to drive local market interest and community commitment.
  • Curate and distribute compelling storytelling content (written, video, audio) from across the region.
  • Create positioning, messaging, and sales tools, including webinars and whitepapers, to highlight product benefits.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in marketing and communications management.
  • Proven track record of meeting organizational growth targets.
  • Experience in an educational context is a plus.
  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and influence without authority.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Washington DC on a hybrid basis.
