What you will do

• Own operational excellence and governance across the full PDE SDLC, from ideation through post-launch review.
• Ensure cross-tool data integrity and consistent artifact standards across the product development lifecycle.
• Lead tool strategy and integration decisions across ProductBoard, Jira, Amplitude, and other core PDE tools.
• Operationalize recurring activities into scalable, repeatable, automated workflows and SOPs teams actually use.
• Resolve systemic data issues and write/automate workflows to improve operational reliability.
• Partner with PDE leadership to translate operational findings into recommendations and influence the operational narrative.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in product operations or program management in a SaaS environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with ProductBoard and Jira (or equivalent SDLC tools), including evaluating, integrating, governing, and optimizing tools.
• Strong understanding of how data flows across product development artifacts and SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to turn recurring activities into scalable, repeatable, automated workflows and SOPs.
• Experience establishing or standardizing analytics tooling (Amplitude or equivalent) for product launches and post-launch tracking.
• Comfort working as an individual contributor with high autonomy and escalating when needed.
