Salary: CAD $120,000 – $140,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead Backbase initiatives for credit unions, operating across the Four Lenses model (Strategy, Experience, Technology, Delivery).
• Define product vision, requirements, and perform deep-dive business analysis (user stories, functional specs).
• Manage program governance, execution, and high-level agile delivery.
• Handle core banking integrations, middleware, digital platforms, and member-facing workflows.
• Use AI collaboration tools to accelerate delivery, synthesize workstreams, and drive personalization.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts with internal teams, vendors, and CU executives (CIOs, COOs, CEOs).

Requirements

• 10+ years technology leadership in financial services, at least 5 years in Digital Banking
• Direct experience in Credit Unions or Community Banking environments (mandatory)
• Proven track record leading Backbase platform implementations
• Hybrid skillset: deep business analysis and program governance
• Expert in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
• Active use of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder facilitation
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
