What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and budget.
• Proactively manage project risks, maintain risk logs, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Define and execute communication plans tailored to project stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage scope changes and change requests, assessing impacts on deliverables and costs.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external clients, and key influencers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years at a senior level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification for development-focused projects.
