What you will do

• Optimize the entire HR tech stack (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice, OpenComp, Tilt) and ensure seamless connectivity.
• Lead the Rippling AI adoption strategy and pilot new AI tools for People operations.
• Build and maintain advanced Rippling workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle triggers.
• Develop automated dashboards for headcount, attrition, and manager effectiveness to provide real-time SLT insights.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for HRIS data quality through regular audits.
• Manage vendor relationships, lead RFPs, and contract negotiations for new tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics.
• Proven experience managing Rippling, Greenhouse, and Lattice.
• Expert-level skills in data visualization and customizing complex reports.
• Practical proficiency in implementing AI-driven features within SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of data synchronization between HRIS, ATS, and Performance tools.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to meet hybrid office requirements.
