What you will do
- Optimize the entire HR tech stack (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice, OpenComp, Tilt) and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Lead the Rippling AI adoption strategy and pilot new AI tools for People operations.
- Build and maintain advanced Rippling workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle triggers.
- Develop automated dashboards for headcount, attrition, and manager effectiveness to provide real-time SLT insights.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for HRIS data quality through regular audits.
- Manage vendor relationships, lead RFPs, and contract negotiations for new tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics.
- Proven experience managing Rippling, Greenhouse, and Lattice.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization and customizing complex reports.
- Practical proficiency in implementing AI-driven features within SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of data synchronization between HRIS, ATS, and Performance tools.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA to meet hybrid office requirements.
