Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available).
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 USD per year.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and engineers.
- Define and execute a multi-year technical roadmap for the HRIS ecosystem.
- Apply GenAI and predictive AI to automate HR workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the lead architect for the HR stack, bridging Workday with engagement and talent platforms.
- Drive Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to eliminate manual workflows and ensure data integrity.
- Partner with HR leadership to translate complex people strategies into scalable technical requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
- 10+ years of experience leading Business Systems or HRIS functions in high-growth tech companies.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing technical teams.
- Deep, hands-on configuration experience with Workday.
- Proven track record with enterprise iPaaS platforms like Workato.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI application in HRIS workflows.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
