What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with advertisers and agencies as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve advertiser outcomes and secure long-term retention.
• Partner with Sales teams on onboarding, account expansion, and strategic revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve platform capabilities.
• Educate clients on native advertising best practices and share feedback to shape product direction.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in account management or sales development within digital advertising.
• Direct experience managing client-side relationships with advertisers, agencies, or DSPs.
• Proven analytical mindset with deep expertise in interpreting performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
