TL;DR
Account Manager (PR/IR): Managing relationships with Public Relations and Investor Relations clients to ensure quality service delivery and growth with an accent on renewals and upsell opportunities. Focus on deepening client relationships, achieving sales quotas, and leveraging AI-driven platforms to solve complex client challenges.
Location: Hybrid (NYC Office); must be based in New York, NY. In-person collaboration required 3 days a week.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus monthly paid commission

What you will do
- Manage overall relationships with assigned accounts to increase affinity and renewal likelihood.
- Lead the sales process for renewals and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion via upsells.
- Achieve assigned sales billing and bookings quotas.
- Monitor account satisfaction and coordinate with Customer Engagement to resolve issues.
- Maintain expert knowledge of solutions and relevant competitor offerings.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline and update opportunities in a timely fashion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relevant account management role.
- Must be based in New York City to accommodate the hybrid work schedule.
- Proven track record in managing account relationships and closing deals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for delivering compelling presentations.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory on short notice.
