What you will do

• Manage and coordinate client initiatives and maintain relationships with mid-to-junior level clients.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to develop briefs and participate in the development of client marketing strategies.
• Write and track accurate project scopes, identify scope creep, and manage project finances.
• Partner with internal creative and technical groups to ensure consensus on scoping and project approach.
• Evaluate creative work and provide feedback to ensure it represents client interests.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly status reports, meeting agendas, and precise, actionable meeting notes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of industry experience.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns (including CRM, digital, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX for hybrid work.
• Proven ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
